The Delhi Police Dept. Training Division, in cooperation with the NYS Mental Health Police, recently completed the NYS Instructor Development Course. The class was held at the Public Safety Building, August 8th thru August 13th. Nine students successfully completed the class and are now NYS certified General Topics Police Instructors.
The class was taught by Capt. James Small, Sgt. Alex Eller and Officer Joseph Galante.
