The Delhi Police Training Division recently held the NYS Division of Criminal Justice’s Instructor Development Course (IDC) at the Capt. James Small Firearms Training Facility in Delhi, NY.
Ten students successfully completed the requirements to be certified as General Topics Police Instructor. Additionally, Officer Richard Bell, Colchester PD, completed his Master Police Instructor certification under the direction of Capt. James Small, training coordinator.
