On Aug. 20, the Delhi Police Training Division held its Church Safety Team firearms qualifications. Over 30 people attended from churches in Delaware and Otsego counties. Also in attendance were Senator Peter Oberacker, Assemblyman Chris Tague and Assemblyman Joe Angelino.
The church safety program is offered free of charge to any religious organizations in the area. Contact Capt. James Small for further information on this specialized service.
