On Thursday, June 22 the annual Rich Kelly Memorial Award was presented to the outstanding officer from the recent Firearms Instructor Training course.
The Delhi Police Department Training Division has expanded its New York State 18-Hour Pistol Permit Class acceptance to now include Dutchess, Tompkins, and New York City (NYC) residents, alongside its existing regional coverage.
